Canopy Re-Deck

When your canopy deck is rusted through, stained, or sagging, it makes your entire station look neglected. Customers notice. But the structure underneath — the columns, the steel framework — is often still perfectly sound. Replacing the whole canopy would be like demolishing a house because the roof needs new shingles.

PowerBlast LLC can remove all damaged deck pans and install brand-new ones without shutting your station down. If the rust is surface-level, we may be able to coat and seal the existing deck instead — saving you even more. Brian Hayes has personally assessed thousands of canopies over 40 years, and there have been only a handful he couldn’t save.

What You Get

  • Heavy-gauge G90 galvanized steel: Not raw steel — our standard 20-gauge, 16”-wide deck pans are galvanized, primed, and roll-coated to resist rust for years

  • Deck Clip System installation: PowerBlast originated this fastener-free system that eliminates drilling and welding, removing the most common entry points for rust

  • Walk-on structural strength: Deck pans firm enough for maintenance crews to walk on and strong enough to handle heavy snow loads

  • Station stays open: We work overhead while your pumps keep running

Not sure whether you need a full re-deck or just a coating? Contact us for a free assessment and we’ll give you an honest recommendation.
