Most canopy companies handle one slice of the build. We do all of it.
The typical canopy job runs through three or four sets of hands: a manufacturer, a freight company, a regional installer, sometimes a general contractor in the middle. When a column doesn't sit right or a delivery slips, the finger-pointing starts and the schedule starts bleeding.
PowerBlast does all of it. Steel comes out of our shop in Albion, Indiana. It ships on our trucks. It's installed by our own certified crews. There's no third party to call when something needs to be made right; it's our problem and we fix it.
That's not a small thing on a construction timeline. It's why national chains call us when their old vendor falls through, and why a single-store owner gets the same build quality as a Love's travel stop.

A canopy that's still doing its job when a less-rigorous build is on its second redeck.
Every canopy we build is pre-engineered before a single piece ships. Instead of being mocked up in the field on the customer's clock, components arrive at the site labeled and ready to assemble. Graphics are pre-applied at the shop. Heavier where it matters. Cleaner on site.

Always G90 Galvanized Steel
Every deck pan we ship is G90 galvanized, a heavier coating than minimum spec. It's primed and roll-coated with finish paint at the factory before it ever sees a job site.

Pre-Engineered, Pre-Finished
Designs are engineered to your site, your wind and snow loads, and your branding. By the time crews arrive on site, every component is labeled and ready to assemble.

20-Gauge Structural Decking
Standard 16-inch wide deck pans in 20-gauge steel. Strong enough for crews to walk on during installation and easier to clean on top after handover.

Tougher Engineering Standards
Fewer repairs over the life of your canopy. We engineer above code minimums and add steel at the points that carry the most load.
THE ROUND COLLECTOR BOX SYSTEM
Why we perimeter-drain when most of the industry center-drains.
Most canopies center-drain, in which the deck slopes inward to a drain in the middle of the structure.
That works, but it forces a depressed deck profile that limits where lights can be mounted and complicates everything, from cleaning to maintenance access.
PowerBlast uses a different approach: a fiberglass collector box system that perimeter-drains.
